By ticking this checkbox and proceeding to payment, I confirm that: • I have read, understood and accept these terms and the full TuningBot User Agreement, which forms an integral part of my order: https://tuningbot.com/user-agreement-for-tuningbot-service/ • I request immediate execution of a personalized, file-specific professional technical processing service based on the files and information provided, not a standardized digital product. Once processing begins, I cannot unilaterally cancel the order, subject to mandatory law. • The service is fully performed when the agreed technical work has been completed and delivered through the support ticket. Acceptance records, upload logs, timestamps, ticket history and access/download records may evidence acceptance, execution and delivery. • Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a service, I expressly request early performance and acknowledge its loss upon full performance, subject to applicable law. • I am responsible for ensuring that the requested service and my use of the processed file comply with applicable laws. • I will first report concerns through the original support ticket, provide reasonably available technical evidence and allow reasonable review and correction, subject to mandatory rights and dispute deadlines.

By ticking this checkbox, I confirm that: • I am ordering exclusively for my trade, business or profession, not as a consumer, and am authorized to act for any business represented. • Under my responsibility, I have checked the published service coverage and verified that the requested service is supported and executable for the submitted files, vehicle and ECU. Where unclear, I obtained written confirmation from TuningBot before payment. I have read and accept the applicable technical requirements. • After payment, approved commercial cancellations and discretionary reimbursements are issued only as Platform Credit. Completed personalized services are not refundable merely because I change my mind or no longer need them, subject to mandatory law. • Where legally permitted, a service that cannot be completed or an attributable processing defect that cannot reasonably be corrected results in credit equal to the amount paid for the affected service. • Credit is not convertible into cash and is valid for 180 days from availability and email notification, whichever occurs later. Sections 5.5–5.6 of the User Agreement govern its use and expiry; Section 6.9 preserves mandatory exceptions, including legally required monetary refunds.
